3. Quotations and Bookings

All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a written or verbal agreement is made and any applicable deposit is paid.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required at checkout, unless otherwise agreed. For larger jobs, a deposit may be required, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major debit/credit cards.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.

6. Liability and Insurance

We take every care in handling your items. However, we are not liable for damage caused by improper packaging or pre-existing item conditions. Insurance is available upon request for high-value items.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, road closures, or accidents.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all items are properly packed, labelled, and ready for transport. You must also ensure that access is available at both pickup and delivery locations.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales
